According to a Chrysler Group News Update, Ram trucks are now tailored directly for the outdoor enthusiast. The Outdoorsman “takes all of the features most useful to hunters, fisherman, campers and boaters, and combines them in one model.”
One hunter-friendly feature is the Mopar RamBox Holster, a watertight, lockable gun rack that can hold two rifles or shotguns. Located on either side of the truck bed, the rack can be altered to hold six fishing poles. Additional features include scratch-resistant bumpers, puncture-resistant tires and towing. Most models accommodate the Outdoorsman trim line.
